Chalet with B&B or half board for culinary delights

Book the luxury chalet Vilaiet either with breakfast or with your own private chef who will prepare a multi-course dinner for you every day.

Good morning

Every morning you can enjoy a hearty breakfast to set you up for the day. Fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, hot bread and pastries, as well as a variety of cheeses and meats are all available for you to choose from. There is also a selection of coffee, tea, juices and other drinks. Delicious egg dishes such as omelettes, scrambled eggs and creamy porridge can also be prepared on request.

Five o'clock tea

A light buffet is served daily at five o'clock. Heavenly homemade pastries and cakes, tempting canapés, and the finest tea and coffee are served. After an exciting day of hiking or skiing in the Dolomites, these delicious treats will tantalise your taste buds and are the perfect accompaniment to a relaxing afternoon in the chalet.

Breakfast only

For guests who book the chalet with breakfast, we have three attractive evening options to choose from:

  • Dolomites Dinner Safari: Our VIP shuttle takes you to the most beautiful restaurants and huts in Val Gardena every evening and picks you up again afterwards. We will, of course, take care of your table reservation on site (The costs for dinner will be charged directly to the respective restaurants).
  • Dinner at the Costamula Restaurant: Enjoy first-class local specialities in the traditional atmosphere of the restored farm dating back to 1608, located just 100 metres from the chalet (Price: €90 per person per day).
  • Catering in the chalet: Have an exclusive dinner served directly in the chalet. Our catering service will spoil you with delicious dishes (Price: €90 per person and day).

If you book the chalet with breakfast only, you thus have various options to make your evening enjoyable.

With half board

The multi-course dinner is a real highlight at the luxury Chalet Vilaiet. If you book with half board, your private chef will prepare a creative menu every evening, tailored to your individual needs and preferences. From starter to dessert, you will be delighted by the refined and delicious dishes. We will be happy to recommend a suitable wine to complement the flavours of each course.

Lunch upon request

If you are spending the day at the chalet or do not feel like eating out because you prefer the private atmosphere of the luxury Chalet Vilaiet, you can also enjoy the culinary creations of the private chef for lunch when booking half board. If you would like to take advantage of this service, please let us know no later than the morning of the day in question. Please note that this lunch service is not included in the price.

Local ingredients

Meals are prepared with an emphasis on fresh, high-quality ingredients, sourced mainly from local suppliers and the chalet’s own fields. During the summer, your chef will use the various vegetables and herbs grown in the area. So you can be sure that the food you eat is not only incredibly tasty, but also fresh and healthy.
